2. Services
We provide clay sculpting classes, workshops, masterclasses, and private coaching. Course descriptions, schedules, and pricing are available in our catalog and may change without notice.
3. Enrollment & Payment
- Enrollment is confirmed upon payment via approved providers.
- Seats are limited; we may refuse or cancel an order with prompt refund.
- Reschedules are permitted under our FAQ and studio policy.
4. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and comply with studio safety rules.
- Use equipment responsibly and follow instructor guidance.
- Respect other students’ workspaces and time.
5. Intellectual Property
All site content, course materials, and trademarks are owned by Smoothbay Atelier or licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or make derivative works without permission.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
We honor refunds in line with consumer laws and our studio policy. Some specialty masterclasses are non-refundable but transferable with notice.
7. Disclaimers
Classes are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee specific artistic outcomes. You are responsible for health considerations; seek professional advice where appropriate.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Smoothbay Atelier is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
